1General Provisions

3Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

4Account Security

5Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on crickex sign are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

5.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for each method).
• Once a deposit is received, it will be added to the gaming balance.
• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the user's own name.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

6Bonuses and Promotions

crickex sign offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, and if those conditions are not met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be cancelled.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus funds, bringing the balance to ৳2,000, and the wagering required is ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.

6.2 General Terms for Other Bonuses

• Each bonus must be used within a specified period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is active, unless the promotions page states otherwise.
• A maximum single bet limit may apply when placing bets using a bonus.
• Bets placed with bonus funds count towards wagering, but different games may contribute at different rates.
• crickex sign reserves the right to change, limit or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

If evidence of bonus system abuse is found — such as using multiple accounts, coordinated betting or attempting to artificially fulfil wagering requirements — all bonuses and related winnings in that account may be forfeited.

7Betting Rules

The following rules always apply to betting activity on crickex sign.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless crickex sign determines that the bet was accepted incorrectly due to a system error. If a bet remains pending indefinitely due to a technical issue, it may be voided and the stake returned.

7.2 Result Determination

Event results will be determined based on official result statistics or announcements from the organising body. If an event is abandoned or rescheduled beyond its original timeframe, crickex sign will settle bets in accordance with its established policy.

7.3 Maximum Winnings Limit

A maximum winnings limit may apply to a single bet or over a specified period. The limit amount may vary by game or event and will be stated on the relevant page.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the crickex sign platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or incorrect information.
• Abusing bonuses or attempting to exploit the system.
• Using risk-free betting between two or more accounts to fulfil wagering requirements.
• Attempting unauthorised access to or modification of the platform's software.
• Harassing other users or engaging in any unethical conduct.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Playing via bots or automated software.

The account of any user found to be involved in any of the above activities may be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

9Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by crickex sign

crickex sign reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account if:

• Any provision of these terms and conditions is breached.
• A legal investigation is required at the request of the relevant authorities.
• Fraud or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• There has been no activity on the account for an extended period (generally more than 12 months).

9.2 Closure at the User's Request

If a user wishes to close their account, they may submit a request through support. All pending transactions must be settled before the account is closed, and real funds (not bonuses) will be returned. 10Limitation of Liability

crickex sign will not be liable for any loss in the following circumstances:

• If a bet outcome is affected by internet disconnection or a technical problem with the user's device.
• Delays or issues caused by third-party service providers (payment gateways, game providers).
• Account details being disclosed to a third party due to the user's own negligence.
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, war, government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.

11Changes to Terms

11.1 Applicable Law

These terms and conditions and the relationship between both parties will be governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will first be addressed through negotiation.
